Back Arch March 2021 ~ Week 4
✖️ Hi Creatures ✖️
Welcome to the final week of Back Arch March 2021 🎉 🎉 🎉
This year we have a mix of back stretch Inspo and stretch along walkthroughs from movement artists around the world
This week we have 2 incredible tutorials for you from London James and Lenka!
Before we begin, please read and understand the following:
- These videos can give you inspiration and stretches focused on back flexibility and strength to try. The breakdowns and step by steps are to help aid you in your attempts in order to inspire you through the exercises, but please contact a professional if you have any concerns or if you experience back issues.
- Make sure you fully warm up. Please do not go past your limit. For example, if you can't do a split, don't drop into a split!
- Listen to your body, do not push it.
Consult your doctor before any new exercise regimen, and if you experience any discomfort or pain please consult your doctor immediately. These videos are aimed for those with a high level of fitness or fitness professionals. If you are not, you may want to consult the 1-2-1 help of a pole dance or teacher in your attempts. CXIX Ltd and the contributors of these videos are not liable for any claims for injuries or damages resulting from the March Back stretch tutorials, ‘BackArch March’. By following the tutorials you accept full liability. This is for fun and videos are for inspiration and partial guidance.

LONDON JAMES (@londonjames_)
This 6 minute video is a how-to on one of London's favourite floor moves, the half-flop. This trick is centred on shoulder and back strength. It is recommended warm up before trying this move and wear kneepads.
Follow Lenka through this 6 minute warm up and stretch video. Lenka uses therabands to deepen the back stretches, we recommend having something similar to get the best stretch.
