Dispatch information

  • We ship all our orders ship from the UK
  • Tracking for your order - When we ship your order we will send you a tracking link either to your email, phone by SMS, or to your Facebook Messenger. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your link for your tracking status to update
  • Dispatch days - Orders are only dispatched Monday - Friday (except for Public Holidays in England and Wales - see our main shipping page for those dates). Our office is closed at weekends ( although in the run up to Christmas we ship on Saturdays). 
  • Public Holidays - no dispatch - We are unable to ship on Public Holidays in England and Wales (those dates are set out on the main Shipping Page).
  • Same day dispatch - 2pm GMT cut off time - The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Please check your delivery address is correct  Please, please do ensure that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete then your order may be returned to us (and that's sad as we want you to receive your delivery and we know you do too!) and you will have to repay for your parcel to be shipped to you.

Returns / Exchanges

We have made returning and exchanging cheaper and easier for you! If you are based in the AU or NZ you can now return items for exchnage or refund to our office in Australia. When contacting us about an exchnage or return our Customer Service Representative - it will made your return faster and cheaper!

Order not arriving and return of items

  • If your order doesn't arrive - Please do contact us asap if you do not receive your parcel, and definitely within 28 days of placing your order, so that we are able to submit a claim on your behalf. If you make a claim outside of this period then it will not be accepted by the delivery company and, unfortunately, we will be unable to replace your order.

  • If you use free shipping option and then you return items - If you select the free shipping option for orders over £90 and then return items taking them below this threshold, please note that a £3.50 shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount you will be refunded.

    Customs Information
    Please note that if you ordering from a country outside of the EU, then you may have to pay Customs Duty to your order. This Duty is based on the value of your order and the Duty Threshold in your country of residence.
